SUPPORT THESE FOLKS:
The following people and organizations have supported me, have performed with me, are doing amazing work or all of the above. I urge you to show them some love.

Queenbee, Detroit’s Rock Diva: She designed my Revolva logo years ago and continues to “bee” a super inspiration, as one of the most powerful female performers I know.

Tera Nova Zarra: She’s an acrobat, an opera singer, an aerialist, and an authentic telephone book ripping strong woman. Not to mention a ninja.

Lost Valley Educational Center: I got my Permaculture Design Certificate here and lived in the ecovillage for a while. Beautiful place. Come take a course.

The Flying Karamazov Brothers: Their show “4Play” is now open in NYC, at the Minetta Lane Theater. You should go see it. Even if you don’t live in NYC.  Splurge on a plane ticket to go with your show ticket. You only live once.

The New Eccentrics: They wrote the world’s only pop-up book musical and feature unconventional stage antics and plenty of audience participation. Their goal? To foster a new understanding of our our brains, our emotions and ourselves through extreme levity and entertainment. Special award: Revolva’s favorite new art movement!

Curtis Carlyle: Seriously funny juggling. No — seriously.

Brittany Walsh: This woman does an act involving A) hand balancing, B) a bow and arrow, C) a target she is viewing from upside down, and D) MAD SKILLS. Must be seen to be believed.

The Bellini Twins: As seen on The Tonight Show. I once performed as their sister, Revolva Bellini. People are still asking me about “my brothers.”

Flamebuoyant Productions: Fire performers extraordinaire. And a female-owned business, to boot.

Motion Magic: Another female-owned business, based in Portland, dedicated to uniting yoga, circus, gymnastics and creative movement to bring a unique form of physical education.

Greymatter Jugglers: Eugene, OR-based juggling troupe, featuring comedy, skills and impeccable clown makeup.

Michelle Bates Photography: It is so hard to find a photographer who knows how to capture performance. Michelle is the best, hands down. She has been shooting vaudeville and variety shows for years (she’s the official photographer of the New Old Time Chautauqua Vaudeville Tour and Seattle’s Moisture Festival), she’s authored two books, and she teaches and lectures all over the country. I can’t recommend her enough.

Sparkly Devil: This burlesque babe is now a San Francisco staple, but we both come from Detroit Rock City. Support a fellow Motown woman out in the rest of the country, proving that midwestern grit looks good in the spotlight.

Poetic Motion Machine: Holy passing patterns! They took Bronze at the 2009 IJA and Silver at the 2010 IJA. I met them when we were touring on New Old Time Chautuqua, and I can also vouch for the fact that – considering how talented they are – they are the sweetest, most humble fellows.

Rose City Shimmy: The best of Portland burlesque. These ladies are professional, polished and combine the best of old-timey glamor with modern themes, costumes and choreography.
