Foot Hooping for Beginners

Marria and Revolva (SF Bay Area) and Bags (Bristol, UK) have been stretching their arches, studying with ancient Vietnamese foot dancers and synthesizing all things “foot” — to deliver simple tips on this little-used hooping body part.
